At times after entering a patient consultation, it is not completed, is not billable and needs to be cancelled and removed from your schedule. This can be done by yourself or your office administrator/support as well.
Step 1 - Above 'Patient Information' on the consultation screen, click on the drop-down menu labelled 'Active', then click 'Cancel Consultation'.

Step 2 - Click 'Select Reason', then choose a reason from the drop-down. Enter a Comment (optional).

Step 3 - Click, 'Yes, cancel consultation'.

The consultation will be moved to 'Completed' under 'Consultations' and found when Searching 'Consultation Status > Cancelled'.
