Patient Consultation Screen Quick Guide

Once you enter a patient consultation and click , you will see the following:

Features:

	Enter and begin consultation with patient
	Chat between yourself, the patient and other invited participants (if any).  Feature appears after clicking 'Enter Consultation' at the top of the chat area.
	Alert patient button - send chat or text message to absent patient
	Yourself or the patient may upload photos or documents
	Video Chat button - starts video call
	Phone Call button - starts phone call
	Invite other participants to the patient consultation: Those from outside your clinic care team (video only) Those from within your clinic care team (full consultation access)
	View consultation participants
	Taken from patient's personal account profile information
	To report technical issues.  Investigated behind the scenes - no interference with patient consultation.
	Schedule a new consultation for this patient.
	Past consults performed using this platform.
