Once the video meeting has been completed and the host is ready to exit the call, the following steps will be taken:
Step 1 - At the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click the red button labelled "Leave Call". There will be two options to choose from, "Leave Call" and "End Call for All". By clicking on the "Leave Call" button, it will not end the actual video, as long as there is another Care Team Member from your clinic present in the meeting. This will allow the host to return to the call, if necessary.
By clicking on "End Call for All", the host and/or additional Care Team Members from the same clinic will be able to end the video call for everyone that is in it.
Step 2 - When ending the video call for all of the participants, a screen will appear asking to confirm that you want to end the call for everyone; that this action will close the video room and they will be disconnected from the call.
NOTE: As long as one of the Care Team Members remain in the video meeting and the other participants leave it, the video is still active, and they all can return to it, if necessary, by clicking on the original link in their email. Participants who are NOT part of the clinic's Care Team must be admitted in order to re-enter.
