The only reason you would need to send a new Join-in Information email to your patients or other participants is if you, as the host, leave the meeting prematurely:
- The host clicks on "End Call For All"
- Other users from the same clinic that are invited to the meeting click on "End Call For All"
- A technical issue occurs (Wi-Fi is disconnected, power outage/surge, a sudden traffic increase on your local network)
As long as the you, as the host, remain in the video meeting, your patients/participants can re-join at any time simply by re-clicking the original link in the email that they received. Then they will only be granted access when you admit them. However, if you decline them access into the meeting, they cannot rejoin.
If this happens during a "Scheduled Video Meeting", you will not need to schedule a new video meeting in place of the original one. Click on "Meet Now", then on "Start Video Meeting" and share the new unique Join-In Information with your patient/participants via email. Then you can commence your video meeting once again.
