Step 2 - SK Virtual Visit should only be used to supplement care and therefore all information should be recorded in your EMR or other records keeping system. For patient safety, please complete the following before requestion changes to your account:
- Make sure your patients have been notified of any changes
- Cancel any upcoming appointments,
- Notify any users of the cancellation of any scheduled Meet Now meetings and all reoccurrences
NOTE: There is currently no way to transfer a patient to another clinic. If you are moving to a new clinic, patients will have to be invited to the new clinic and they will remain a member of the previous clinic with all data appearing the in the previous clinic.
