In order to see whether or not your patient has joined your clinic, they will need to be invited to your virtual clinic by sending them an email invitation to each individual clinic where they can then accept it, create their account, and use their initial log-in credentials.
If your patient has not accepted your invitation to join your clinic, their name and other information will be showing at the bottom of your "Invite Patients" screen, under the "Invited Patients" section.
If the information is still showing under this section with no date under "Date Accepted", it means that the patient has not created an account and the invitation will either have to be resent, or you can remove it completely, in the event you have entered in the wrong details.
