Why am I not able to cancel or delete a Video Meeting or Video Consultation?

There may come a time where you need to cancel a video meeting or consultation, but you do not see the option to do so on your "Schedule" or "Consultation" screen.  The reason for this is that the platform does not allow for appointments that have already occurred or had been scheduled for a past date or time to be removed.  This is mostly to help in keeping track of appointments that were scheduled to happen, but didn't, for one reason or another.
