Healthcare Provider's Schedule - Add a Shift

It is recommended that healthcare provider's schedules continue to be managed using the clinic's regular EMR system.  There is, however, scheduling capability built into the SK Virtual Visit system. 

Step 1 - If you are the clinic staff and are working with more than one healthcare provider, from the left navigation bar, select 'Schedule', then click the drop-down to select the provider whose shift you are managing.

Step 2 - Click 'Add Shift'.

Step 3 - Fill in the details requested:

• Click calendar to select Day 
• Click drop-down to select Time (From + To)
• Click drop-down to select *Type of Care (Virtual, In-Person, or Both)
• Click drop-down to select Occurrence (single, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly)
• Click calendar to select End Date (not required for single occurrence)

Step 4 - Select 'Add Shift for Dr ___'.

The schedule will be added to your calendar.
