Preset appointment reasons and durations are especially important for clinics that have 'patient self-scheduling' enabled.
These are also helpful to the clinic staff, however when creating appointments, staff can override durations at any time.

When needed, tailor to a healthcare provider using their name, i.e. 'Follow-Up Dr Smith 15 minutes', 'Follow-Up Dr Black 20 minutes', etc.
Step 1 - From the left-hand navigation bar, click 'Clinic', then 'Appointment Reasons'

Click 'Add Reason' to add your own preset reason and duration.
Click 'Remove' to remove a preset Appointment Reason.
'Edit' is not available at this time.
