There are a few options to get help when using the 'SK Virtual Visit' platform:
Option 1: From the 'SK Virtual Visit' system/app:
- Log In Screen > 'Help' (Clinics or Patients)
- Web on laptop or computer - Left navigation bar > 'More' (Clinics or Patients)
- Mobile device - Bottom navigation bar > 'Menu' (Patients Only)

From the Log-In Screen
Clinics or Patients:
Step 1 - From the 'Log In' screen, click 'Help'
You will be directed to the section 'Getting Started', with helpful articles under these headings:
- Clinic Support
- Patient Support
- General
- Quick Meeting Support
Besides 'Getting Started', there are also specific sections for
- Clinic Support
- Patient Support

Step 2 - Scroll through the articles or use the 'Search' feature to look for help on specific features or answers to your questions.

Step 3 - If your answers are not available in the posted articles, you may contact one of our Support Agents for assistance, by pressing the 'Chat' link, then type a message into the message bar describing your issue.

From the 'Home' Screen on Web (Laptop/Computer)
