Virtual visits can be a new experience for many. SK Virtual Visits wants to help our users to have the best experience while using our app.
In a consultation, you may be expected:
- To check into the virtual waiting room before the health care provider joins the consult
- To receive a message from the healthcare provider
- To be asked to present your identifications, such as health card and photo identification
- To accept or decline individuals whom you have invited to the consultation
- To see other health care providers and care teams to join the consultation only if you consent as a team consultation

To be asked to provide consent by the health care providers
- This can include signing a document and uploading it to the chat
- To be asked to upload documents to the chat, only if you consent
In a consultation, the Healthcare provider may:
- Provide documents through the chat

May identify themselves, reveal their location and place of medical license
- If the health care provider does not do so, you may ask for the information to which they must provide
- Request permission to invite another Healthcare provider into the consultation. This may include a Resident or Clerk or another physician that they may feel your should be included into your care plan
In a consultation, you would be expected to:
- Keep your tablet or phone relatively still to help with audio and video quality.
- Remain in front of the camera for the provider to see you
- Speak clearly for the provider to hear you
- Let the provider know if there is someone with you during the consultation including introducing the individual as well as their relationship to you.
- Mute yourself to limit disturbance in case of high-level background noise
- Present concerns as directly as possible and include clear pictures if the physician requests them
- Provide feedback if requested
