Enter and Start My Scheduled Virtual Appointment

Step 1 - Once you have entered the consultation chat area you should remain ready there and wait for the doctor to connect.  

Step 2 - The doctor will message in the chat once they enter the consultation.

Respond to the doctor and provide your consent to proceed with the video consult. 

Step 3 - Provide your permission to access the camera and microphone (if not already done so). 

Step 4 - You will enter the video with the doctor. 

For best results during the consult:

• Ensure you are in a stable location, not walking or driving, with your device placed on a steady surface, as often movement can cause the video to freeze up or disconnect.
• Ensure your device volume is turned to the loudest setting.
