Find My Past Video Consultations

Step 1 - Select 'Consultations' from the bottom navigation bar (mobile device) or the left navigation bar (web on laptop/computer).

‘Completed’ - past consultations which are complete and archived by the healthcare provider.

Mobile device:                                              Web laptop/computer:

           

'In Progress' - past consultations that are still Pending.

Mobile device:                                              Web laptop/computer:

           

Step 3 - Click on the consultation you wish to review. 

Note:  The 'Upcoming' tab under 'Consultations' lists future appointments (if any are scheduled).
