I Left the Consultation By Mistake Before Meeting With The Doctor and Wish to Return

You may re-enter your consultation until your doctor has arrived, met with you and completed/archived the consultation. 

Step 1 - Under 'Consultations’ select ‘Scheduled' and click on the applicable virtual consultation.  You will be taken back into the consultation chat area.

Step 2 - Remain ready there and wait for the doctor to arrive.

Also, if you accidentally leave the video chat once it has started, you may return to it, as long as the healthcare provider still has the video active.
