Can My Spouse/Family Use the Same Email Address When Setting Up Our Accounts?

Shared email addresses will not be accepted by the system as email addresses are unique account log-in identifiers.  

As well, for privacy, security and protection of each user’s health information and health history:

• Log-in information should not be shared with anyone
• Each user should create and access their own account with their own distinct log-in information
• Note:  Youth 14 years of age or older are entitled to advocate for their own healthcare and must provide consent for a parent/guardian to intervene on their behalf.
