Why Did I Receive an Email/Text Invitation to Join a Clinic?

The Government of Saskatchewan has an agreement to provide the 'SK Virtual Visit' system to healthcare providers across Saskatchewan.

Your clinic is registered to use this system for virtual (video/audio) patient consultations and virtual (video/audio) meetings with colleagues and/or patients. 

This email is your invitation and link to join and enhance your patient care using the system. 

Within this system you, your colleagues and staff will be able to: 

• Invite patients to your virtual clinic
• Schedule patient consultations for virtual, phone or in-person appointments 
• Schedule or have immediate video meetings with colleagues, patients, their family or caregivers
• Schedule automatic reminders to be sent to patients via email or text 
• Request follow ups with patients who are registered within your clinic

Your administrative team will also be able to help you manage your virtual clinic operations:

• Invite patients to your virtual clinic
• Schedule patient consultations for virtual, phone or in-person appointments 
• Schedule video meetings with your colleagues, patients, their family or caregivers
• Schedule automatic reminders to be sent to patients via email or text
• Request follow ups with patients who are registered within your clinic on your behalf
• Send messages on your behalf to patients letting them know you are running behind, running ahead or need to change or cancel their appointment to another time
